 WEB DESIGN
Free web design is only offered upon hosting with us.
1. All free websites are static designs. Should you require a dynamic design a quote will be drawn up on request.
1.2 Each page on these packages will not exceed an A4 size page. The pages can not have more than 3 pictures per page excluding a gallery page which is allowed 8 pictures.
1.3 It is the responsibility of the client to supply all material for the development of their site.
1.4 Once all material has been submitted, we will require +- 10 working days for the development of the website. Thereafter a preview link will be sent to you by the designer and you have 7 working days to qualify for one set of free changes.
1.5 After you have received your first set of free changes, all changes are charged at R150 per hour.
1.6All logo designs are charged at R650 once off subject to a detailed brief and material supplied by the client.
1.7 Free Packages does not include additional requirements such as Gallery script, video clips, flash /animation etc. However if you request it you will be quoted accordingly.
1.8 The free package only entitles you to the use of a co.za domain however if you require a dot com, net, info, org etc domain a once off fee of R350 will be charged.
1.9 All clients will be allocated a 15 minute free consult with the designer thereafter the client will be billed at a minimum fee of R150 per hour.
1.10 All websites under the free packages are copywrited to SA Webs.
Each client receives one free personalized email address at your domain name.
1.11 All additional mailboxes will be charged at R15.00 each per month. This does not include aliases but can be arranged with your consultant.
CAMPAIGN REFERAL
2. Five or more successful referrals to your consultant entitles you to free web hosting.
SEARCH ENGINE REGISTRATION.
3. New clients get the first year free. Every 6 months a letter will be faxed or emailed to you stating the date of this submission thereafter you have to notify us by fax whether you want to participate or not.
3.1 All meta-tags should be supplied by the client. These are keywords that search engines use to locate your business on the internet.
3.2 All submissions take +- 3 to 6 weeks to be indexed, if for some reason they are unable to, you will be informed.
3.3 We can not guarantee you top rankings on search engines; however we will register your site to enhance your rankings and searching capabilities to all major search engines.
3.4 Upon receiving your 1st year free search engine registration thereafter it is done every 6 months at a once off fee of R300 excl vat.
 3.5 All packages comes with a Webalizer, a fully featured tool that generates advanced web stats from the server logs in an easy to use graphical format.
HOSTING
4. Hosting is done on a month to month basis with no contracts.
4.1All hosting prices exclude Vat.
MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER.
5. Your monthly debit order takes immediate effect once your domain has been registered.
5.1If for any reason your monthly debit order returns a bounced debit will be put through and you will be liable for a R57 administration fee.
 5.2 If you’re monthly hosting fee returns for more than 3 consecutive months, your services   will be terminated and you run the risk of loosing your allocated domain name.
5.3 In the event of you stopping your monthly hosting debit order without serving your cancellation or notifying us, your account will be automatically re-instated.
5.4 In the event of changing banking details a letter will be required to be faxed to our accounts department.
CANCELLATION.
6. A letter of cancellation on your company letterhead is required to be faxed to the accounts department.
  6.1 All cancellations are subjected to a 30day calendar month notice.
6.2 All accounts have to be settled before cancellation is served.
6.3 If the client chooses the free package (redesign or new) and wishes to terminate their services to transfer over to a new ISP, the client will be liable for the market related value of the designed website upon cancellation, irrespective of whether the designed site will be used or not thereafter. These packages can not be sold individually.           
BANDWIDTH.
7. Clients will have a maximum of 500mb of traffic per month on all of our packages.
 7.1 There after bandwidth will be charged at 19cents a MB.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
8. Support is offered during normal business hours. Our service is offered by experienced staff.
